Circuit Diagram and Circuit Operation

Objective:
  1. To learn and assess the circuit diagram.
  2. To study the circuit operation.
  3. To learn the component position before construct
Procedure:

Circuit Diagram

Figure: this figure shown the circuit diagram of Solar power

CIRCUIT OPERATION
  •  POWER SUPPLY
Capacitor C1 is charge by means of the solar cell X1, which provides 6V to 12V, and 10 mA upwards-that is, a relatively small solar cell will provide adequate charge. 12V should be the maximum actual unloaded output of the solar cell in full sunlight-therefore one having a load voltage rating of 6V or 7.5V will most likely suit. The voltage from the solar cell is regulated by zener diode D1. Resistor R1 ensures that D1 and rectifier diode D2 are never overloaded. Diode D2 prevents reverse leakage of the current and it’s inclusion (with solar cell disconnected) extends the charge holding time of C1 more then ten-fold.
  •   VOLTAGE REGULATION
TR2 is employed in such a way that it’s conductance is automatically adjusted to keep a constant voltage across capacitor C2 as the voltage across C1 falls. The control voltage is provided at the collector (c) of bipolar transistor TR1, which forms part of a variable potential divider, through preset VR1 and thermistors R3 and R4

Result and analysis:
  1. The circuit diagram take from the magazine as the example before we do construct at the software
  2.  The circuit diagram is important to understand the circuit operation before we do the simulation.
  3. some study do to understand each of the component  and circuit arrangement

Objective Of the Solar Power Supply

Project Objective:

This is the previous of the explanation the objective of the Solar Power Supply for the final year project for in this semester.
Here we have a few objectives of project solar power. Firstly is to generate the low voltage in DC (direct current) that solar power will generate voltage around 5 to 12 volt. Second objective is, to replace the electric power supply with the solar power. In this project we only use low voltage in DC (direct current). But maybe, in future the solar power can upgrade the volt to high voltage in AC (alternative current) in low voltage and also high voltage. Next, to introduce to people the new technology of power supply and also the project can be commercialize. The current of source of electric dedicate the pollution. So this solar power supply can reduce the pollution. Lastly, the solar power system project to help the people reduce their cost of electric charge.
Project scope And Limitation
Project scope
  1.    The solar power supply can generate the voltage around 5 to 12 volt in DC (direct current) condition by using head of sunlight.
  2.    Effective and potential commercialize because the cost of solar and also the solar can be multifunction.
  3.    The maintenance of the solar power is cheap and easy to maintain and do the troubleshoot, if there any problem with the solar power because the circuit is simple.
  4.    The circuit of the solar small, easy to keep anyway for any using.

Project Limitation
1.    The solar only can generate low voltage in DC (direct current) and also limit around 5 to 12 volt only.
2.    Only function when there have sunlight at the daytime because the solar plate needed sunlight to head.

Solar Project Block Diagram

Objective:
  1. To learn the Solar power supply working.
  2. To understand flow of the operation
  3. To learn the input and output of the project

Figure: this figure shown the block diagram of solar power

Procedure/Description:
Block Diagram Operation

·         1. HEAT FROM SUNLIGHT
The heat from the sun that heat up the solar plate
·        2.  SOLAR CELL
Solar cell will receive the heat from the sun trough the solar plate and change the heat into electrical source
·         3. CAPACITORS
Capacitor will store the electrical charge from the solar plate
·         4. SUPPLY
The charge from the capacitor that has been stored in capacitor will be use as supply for the output.

Result and Analysis:
  1. Sunlight the main source to generate the electric supply.
  2. the size of the solar plate cause the size of the voltage.
